Question

DW 2004 and DW 8

The HTML code is NOT a problem. What I ment was the ASP code that Dreamweaver generates to handle Recordsets, querys, updates, inserts, etc...
With this new update Dreamweaver does not recognize this ASP code generated by previouse versions (before update 8.02). And at this stage, it would be hell to change hundreds of ASP pages.
That is why, now I have the need to have both versions installed. MX2004 to manage and mantain my old web pages, and DW8 to keep up with all great new features that I can use in future projects.
I manage to install both versions, but after I've installed DW8, DWMX2004 does not run any more. There is no run-time error or anything, it just doesn't run. Nothing happends.
Do you have a solution for this problem? I really need one!

Thanks in advance

Nuno

8.02 recognizes any ASP code I've tossed at it so far. No problems updating
pages.

Maybe you have 3rd party extensions that are messing it up?
