DW CC 2018 not opening fullscreen

I just upgraded to this version of DW and every time I start the application it is opening slightly less than fullscreen. Does the have to do with the new Multi Monitor feature as I cannot access the taskbar on my PC now?

I had the opposite problem, in that I had full screen initially and could not resize.

I don't know if it will work, but i minified, and resized just using the icons at the top r/h side a couple of times, before it would actually allow me to resize the window.

It's supposed to remember your last settings when you close the application through the sync but its not doing this
