Dynamic Text Area?

I have php pages that contain dynamic repeat tables that display customer reviews from the database, I would like instead to display the reviews in a text area with a scroll bar or something of the sort. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Simple request. What part are you having trouble with exactly? Place repeating code in a text area and enable scrolling for the div. What am I missing here?
