Email templates not showing up in Starter templates folder. Is there an easy fix or do I have to download and install?

What version of the software are you running?

In CC2017, it's the 4th option:

If you're not seeing it, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling.

I was running an older version.  I downloaded the latest version of DW CC2017 and walla, they magically appeared! It's working now. Thanks!
