enter key same as submit button

On this ASP page is there any code I can add so that when a user presses the
"enter" key on their keyboard, that it will act as if they clicked on the
submit button the page?

It already does this pick a Name or Bloom size and hit enter it works.

It works for me with the range searches, but not the dropdown selections.
For the dropdowns I need to click the submit button.
