Error Message never seen before

While opening DW CC 17, I got the following error message, which I've never seen. . .

Is there something I can do to correct the error?

I've read that page, which includes an exhaustive number of possible options and fixes. Having read it, I don't know "if" I should do something now or wait to see if the message reappears.

Incidentally, I've since shut down DW and reloaded it; the error message did not appear.   (Hooooray!)

Do you suggest I do something more?

Don't do anything heroic until you absolutely need to.  But if the errors come back, you know what to do.
