Extension manager 1.5 not to be downloaded

DWMX requires at least Extension Manager 1.6, see the "Prior versions" section of this page:
http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/

However, it should work with 1.7 and 1.8. The 2.0 Release of extension manager is only for CS4.
