extension manager rejects my addons

hello everyone , i have a problem : when i run extension manager and import a zxp file it tells me that the version that i use (dreamweaver) is not recent enough whereas i have version 2021CC anyone has a clue where it comes from ?? please it's important

Thanks for writing to us. Please see if the solution provided by @BenPleysier helps else you can also try below steps and see if the issue gets resolved. Also please provide below info for further investigation.

Steps:

1. Download the ZIP file for your Operating System and unzip it to a folder of your choice. We’ll call it ExMan_root.
Download for Mac OS
Download for Windows
2. Copy the required add-on’s ZXP package to ExMan_root folder. Let’s call it myextension.zxp.
3. IMPORTANT: Close any Adobe applications that are compatible with the Extension.
4. In a command shell (Mac OS Terminal or Windows Command Prompt), go to the ExMan_root folder and run the below command for installing your extension
On Windows: ExManCmd.exe /install myextension.zxp
On Mac OS: ./Contents/MacOS/ExManCmd ––install myextension.zxp

You can verify the installation with the command below:
On Mac OS: ./Contents/MacOS/ExManCmd ––list all
On Windows: ExManCmd.exe /list all

Info required:

1. If possible, can you please provide zxp name so that we can see the supported Dw versions
2. OS and machine details
3. Extension manager name and version.

• Which extension?
• Who makes it?
• When did you acquire it?
• Did you ask the extension developer if it's compatible with latest DW 2021?
