Is there not a extract workspace in Dreamweaver CC?

In the little video at the welcome page to dreamweaver about extracting code from a PSD in dreamweaver it is said that I shall turn on the extract workspace?

There are only two workspaces in Dreamweaver CC 2017, "Developer" and "Standard" (see New features summary for the 2017 releases of Dreamweaver CC)
