Hello All,

I was a long-time client of Ray Borduin and WebASssist for going on 12 years.

Ray worked with me on my business and related projects up to the very end, and I'm very saddended by his loss. He's a big part of what success I had.

I am unfortunately in a position. I didn't want to bother Ray as his health declined so I didn't get the opportunity to ask him for a referral., and was hoping someone in this community could direct me to a developer that has knoweldge of the same systems that Ray did. I am looking to contract with a developer for on-going projects. If someone can help me, PLEASE reply or contact me. I want what we worked on to conrtinue to flourish.

Thank you

Chris

Sorry for your loss and ours.  Ray was a great guy.

This is merely a Dreamweaver product community.  And Dreamweaver is minimally maintained now.  There's not much activity here anymore.  Without more details, I don't know what you need or how we can help you.

If you're married exclusively to WebAssist tools, you might have better luck reaching out to the WebAssist community.

If you're agnostic about tools,  you'll find web developers on Behance Job Listings.

Yes, Ray will be very missed. He left a huge impact in the community.

Thanks so much for replying Nancy. This gives me a place to start.

Have a great Thanksgiving.

To add to what @BenPleysier said about Wappler,  DMX Zone also makes Dreamweaver extensions.  See link below.

And if Dreamweaver had been updated from the 2012 version, Dreamweaver with the said extensions, would have been the best option around.

I have come across a number of people that were in your same situation where they were reliant on Ray for the development of their projects. These persons that I have come across, now use Wappler.

Not knowing the type of projects that your are developing, I dare say that Wappler can handle those. It will mean restructuring the projects to meet a more modern workflow as in "database actions -> API -> client".

As an example, this web application was developed using Wappler and this is the developer speaking about his product.
