get trial ended message when I have a valid subscription

I have a subscription to Creative Cloud and it is paid up.

When I installed Dreamweaver 2017 (OSX) it said I was in a trial.  Now it says the trial is over. I can't seem to get it to properly know I have a subscription (all of this was afte having wiped ALL adobe settings and products from my machine due to other errors -- directions from Adobe forums).

Now when I try to run Dreamweaver I get:

"Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged."

I reinstall Application Manager and get the same thing...

I uninstalled Dreamweaver and reinstalled and get the same thing...

Correct answer jlanday

didn't work. had to give remote access to adobe support who couldn't fix it until wiping entire adobe apps/settings again and reinstalling everything and messing with permissions AGAIN.

I've done this MULTIPLE times (including reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, Dreamweaver, Acrobat -- to try that also), rebooting, etc. with no luck. All think I'm on a trial and I always get this error saying the app manager is missing or damaged.
