Go to URL server behavior

wanting to add Go to URL server behavior to page with a form button. Go to URL is not showing up under server behaviors. i see go to detail page and go to related page, but no go to URL. i have dreamweaver 8. what should i do?

Perhaps you could apply it to a link and then copy/paste the code to the
form button.

yes, i can apply the link that way, but i understand that there should be a server behavior called 'Go To URL' included in Dreamweaver 8 that would make this process easier and better. I have dreamweaver 8 and am building this on a asp_VB page. i select the form button that i want to add the behavior, then in the behaviors panel i choose Add(+) and i can't find 'Go To URL' behavior? How can i get that behavior?
