Compressed mp4 videos that play well from other applications do not play well in Dreamweaver.
Mostly 8mm film processed videos from Final Cut Pro, thru Compressor (SD480p mp4) and Miro Compressor. (https://www.centaursinvietnam.org/Video8mm/iPhoAudVidV.html). Slow, choppy or completely stop on Mac Studio computer and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I clicked through a couple videos on your site and they seem to be playing fine. Is the only issue that you are not able to see the playback in DW? If so, I wouldn't worry about it so much as they are playing fine on your website.

Dreamweaver isn't a movie player. It's web authoring software.
For best results, convert your MP4s to Apple M4V for iPhone.
The M4V user experience is better b/c they don't take as long to load & play on iPhone.
Hope that helps.
