ok i have been trawling the internet for day now and have found a few things but i am not sure what i should be looking at.

Previously i set up a payapl cart and just used there buttons. So the user click add to cart then it sends the item to the paypal cart, they then purchase and so on....however this time i need to add an inventory.

so i can do this by add adding the items to Mysql db then i can just make a backend and can then stock manage using check boxes or drop downs to show when items are out of stock so they get this message before they hot paypal.

But looking at whats out there it seems silly to do it this way as there are many cart out there and i found this

http://www.web2coders.com/w2modules.php

that has a basic cart and paypal integration which is what i need without the stock management ( but i can add that)

so my question is i know what i need to do, but i dont know where to start... VERY CONFUSED....i think i have searching too long and just need a point in the right direction

or am i thinking too much

thanks for you help and understanding
