Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of a dreamweaver cs3 plug-in or extension, that will allow my website to send a text message containing screensavers or ringtones to a cellphone. Thank you for your time Correy G.

Check out Device Central it comes with CS3 CS4 as far I know. That should help you with your quest.
(Device Central) if you've never heard of if, it's for cell phone apps.
