How can I add a "Refresh Files" button under the "Files" workspace pane?

In the previous version of Dreamweaver, there was a circle of arrows (similar to the "Sync" button) which allowed me to refresh the list of files. I can't find it on this new version. It's quite annoying, because new files I've created or added don't show up immediately.

For example, I add a PDF and want to link to it from a web page. I can find it by clicking on "Make Link," but I still can't see it under "Files." So I have to right click and find the drop-down option for refreshing the files. Only then can I upload the PDF to the site.

Is there a way to add a "Sync" button like I had in the previous version of Dreamweaver?

The Refresh icon was moved to bottom left of Files Panel.

The local/remote file Synchronization icon is on top of Files Panel, near the GET and PUT arrows.  See screenshot.
