i always get this message.  Clicking either one shuts down the program.

CS3 activation and registration servers were taken offline last year.   There's a whole procedure for removing the old software & obtaining a new installer and serial number that doesn't require activation.   See correct answer below. Re-activating CS3 (Updated)
