How do I publish my HTML files from DW or some other product?
I have html from apple mobile me, I need a software translator that can use my html into dreamweaver or some other product?

How can publish this web site?
Outside of Dreamweaver, you'll need to purchase a domain name and hosting.
Once you have those things, the hosting company will provide you with a username, password, FTP address and remote root folder (your FTP Credentials).
In Dreamweaver, you need to Define a Site using those FTP Credentials: Define a site
Once your site is defined, you would use the Put option (up arrow icon) in the Files window of Dreamweaver to publish your site.
