How do I upload an edited page in Dreamweaver without re-uploading all the images? It's taking too long to upload a simple text edit. I don't remember it taking so long in older versions of the software. Is there an easy fix or setting? I am using the latest version (Mac).

JUST FOUND THE ANSWER! Go under settings for dreamweaver, select site from the list of options on the left https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/using/set-site-preferences-transferring-files.html. And click on "Prompt on PUT files". So now the dialog box comes up when I go to put and I can opt to NOT upload all the photos, etc. Phew!!

With the page selected in your Files window, hitting Cmnd/Ctrl + Shift + U should upload only that file. If it asks to upload dependent files, click "no".

It didn't work using Command + Shift + U. I didn't get asked for uploading dependent files.

Sorry, on the Mac, it might be Cmnd + Option + U for the "Put" shortcut without dependent files.

That dialog box just doesn't come up where I should be able to respond "no" to.
