How to implement a MXP

Like everything, this started simply.

I want to provide breadcrumb navigation to my site. Thus after a little research I found two references:
1) backwards_navigation.cfm

2) PHPbreadcrumbs.mxp http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/scalability.html
In this article, the Autor says to, " install the extension and select Commands > Insert PHP breadcrumbs to use my code."
My Command menu does not reflect this option.

There are not enough instructions for ME to implement the applications.

Can anybody help?

Mike,

Use the Extension Manager application to install extensions. You should
be able to double-click on the .mxp file to invoke the Extension Manager.
