If I want to insert something between tags it starts to delete the tag, How can I switch it on to a normal cursor in DW with which I can insert stuff between tags?

I have just started to use DW after other Editors like Atom or Coda, and the first think to strike me was that nooby question, I can not insert anything in my html editor, for example if I have two <p></p> tags and I am trying to insert anything between them, for example I will try to insert the word 'COM' then I will get not <p></p> but  <p>COM>, what shall I do, please help:)

In Dreamweaver, see screenshot.

INS adds more content, cursor looks like this |

Sounds like a problem with your other editor, or perhaps you need to toggle the Insert key on your keyboard. A tag is a tag, and once that tag makes its way to your editor, it is no longer under Dreamweaver's control.

I think you misunderstood my message, no wonder, it's so messy:) Do you see between title tags this cursor is not normal vertical cursor, but some horizontal retro stuff which looks cool, but does the stuff which I described above, I think I can change it in the settings, but since it's the first time I am using DW I am stuck and have no idea where to do it:)

Keyboard.  Toggle your INSERT key.
