Implementation guide

I'm looking for a way to efficiently generate a printable style and implementation guide from Dreamweaver. At my company the designers currently produce a guide that includes style and color guides and specifics such as table widths, borders, paddings, etc. The process is painstaking and not done with the use of an html editor. Can anyone steer me toward a more efficient solution?
