Is the Libraries panel still not active in CC17.1?

I updated to CC17.1 today. I expected to find inside the updated CC Libraries panel all of my previously created library files. Alas, none appear!

And my efforts to create a new sample .lbi file haven't worked in the slightest.

Does someone know the current status of the functionality of the CC Libraries panel?

If it is functional, how do I put existing .lbi files, that are now in a "> library" folder, into the CC Libraries panel of each directory?

    Hi wcamp,

    The Libraries panel should be functional with the latest release. Looks like a sync issue to me.
