My Java Script is limited so I used Joe Burns' "So you wanna
make a slide show" for my site. I want to have multilple slides so
I put the java script into a div for each set of slides. So far
I've done two.
But the slides are mixing with each other. The left slide is operating the right and the photos from the right are showing up on the left. In my ignorance I've tried renaming parts of the script but my attempts are random. And to no avail.
The left slide is the original Joe Burns script. The right contains my changes.

I'm always willing to try and learn something new. Does this
slidy thing allow for captions? I couldn't tell in looking at the
code initially - it will take me a while to figure out, believe me!
Hey, from Metro Milwaukee! And a very impressive resume....architecture, I drool.
I'm from Watertown. Too math-phobic to have studied architecture, but I love the artistry of it. Buildings are so cool.

Thanks for the compliments. My oldest friend lives on the
Westside on Main
Street. He told me last weekend there are three different Mexican gangs of
illegal aliens in Watertown, a couple of which had a gun battle not long ago
at the intersection of Main and 26. Things are changing out there it seems
and it doesn't sound good at all. His youngest daughter (14) is being
stalked by one of those illegal aliens.
As for captions with Slidy I would assume it will support captions as each
page is created using our own HTML. I haven't needed Slidy myself yet but
keep the URL around as it seems to be the most complete implementation of a
Power Point slide show that can be run in a web page.
If you ever want to collaborate or stay in touch...
