First, it's WordPress. Second, the company who built that custom WordPress Theme is FX Digital. Why don't you contact them?

Seriously what's good about it.
1) Everytime I move my mouse on the homepage the background image changes irratically - highly annoying.
2) An ugly vertical scroll bar appears on the right if you reduce the depth of the browser window.
Cut out the terrible gimmiky crap and it would be a lot more user friendly, in my opinion. A case of trying to be too clever I think.

Did I imply it was good? Uh.... no, not my cup of tea.
The background images change on hover of block menu items which is OK. I don't love it but it's relatable. Although I haven't tested it, I assume the background does not change on touch screens because they don't have a mouse. Maybe that's a good thing 🙂
I hate the menu container's auto overflow. Nobody needs or wants extra scollbars. But that's another topic.

Was just a statement rather than implying you thought it might be good.

That's just the issue 'block level' which means you don't even have to mouse over a navigation item and the background changes, semingly randomly.
Its actually much better on mobile, the background images fade in and out in a loop, rather than 'popping about' on hover, which yes, that is a good thing, but probably arrived at by accident.

Yes, that's poorly implemented.
