Has anyone created a LMS using DW? I use a CMS that has a LMS component, but have never used it. I wish Captivate were part of the Creative Cloud so I could at least be familiar with its capabilities.
I have a hard time imagining what sort of bandwidth you would need for 10,000 people all playing educational videos on a website.

If you use scalable web services from Amazon, that should never be a problem.

Isn't that hosting on a Virtual Private Server just like everywhere else?

AWS is not everywhere else . But like most hosts, they have different plans for different types of users

I have a reseller website and only the VPS is scalable, I think. But I will not use anything except Linux with cPanel.

Are you a AWS hosting reseller? Or does that exist?

I'm not an any hosting resller. That's not my thing. But I use AWS's EC2 and cloud data storage because it's scalable & much much more cost effective than anything I compared it against.

What's wrong with a little residual income?

Fixing people's hosting woes is not on my list of favorite things to do. Besides there's not enough income there to keep me motivated.

I've never had to do that, I use the reseller site for the convenience. I don't have to keep up with billing for hosting or domain names and the client feels in control of their products in their secure account.
So have you done a LMS website? I'd be interested in learning about your approach.
