Licensing for this product has stopped working - LicenceRecovery109

I can't open CS3. I am getting a message: Licensing for this product has  stopped working. I found a possible solution on Adobe website,  downloaded and run LicenceRecovery109, but it didn't help. I still can't  open a Dreamweaver.
I called  the Adobe Customer Service - 1-800-642-3623.  It took for them 10 minutes to understand what this message means,  then I was told that their  Tech Support has online problems right now and somebody will call me  back.

Of course nobody never called.

I have CS3 for 3 years, it crushed twice  - because CS3 had a bug, and both times Adobe Customer Service couldn't help. I don't know how much they pay to those people, but paying them even 1 cent is too much!

Can somebody help?

I am running CS3 not because I didn't have money last year to buy CS4, but because there is NO SUPPORT for the software.

I am NOT going to buy CS5 either. It doesn't matter how good CS5 is - if software company doesn't provide technical support for the software, I am not going to buy it!

I hope Adobe management will read this post!

I found this:

http://david.weebly.com/1/post/2009/09/licensing-for-this-product-has-stopped-working-fix.html

Read the last post at the bottom.

Trashing both FLEXnet folders, in /Library/Application Support/ and in  /Library/Preferences/, and then running the Adobe License Recovery  script did the job. After re-entering the serial number in the first  application (Photoshop) everything else worked again as before the  macbook change.

This is for Nasty Mac but I guess if you have a PC its worth a try.
