Hi, what forum do I need to be in to ask a question about licensing. I used to be a registered Adobe user so I know Adobe has a record of me. Where do I go?

There is no longer an "update price" for former owners of Creative Suites to upgrade to the cloud, that ship has sailed.

However, there is a Student/Teacher pricing level for qualified individuals that brings the cost down significantly on a CC subscription.

    Visit the plans page here:

Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

...and click on the Student & Teachers tab for the reduced pricing and instructions on what's needed to qualify.

A long time ago I was a big user of Macromedia products. Was even a registered user of the Macromedia University. I think the last versions I used of Dreamweaver, Flash etc. were the MX versions. I can't even remember when I last used these products. Now my stepdaughter needs to use these products for her university studies (she studies multi media arts) and I was wondering if it would not be cheaper to get update versions of these products as well as for Photoshop (last version used 5.5). I no longer have the serial nrs, however, since they were all officially bought products I was hoping they are still on your records. At the time I was registering these products I was still living in Germany (Konrad Adenauerstrasse or Bismarckstrasse in Offenbach). I currently live in the Philippines where I moved 5 years ago.

Please advise or pass this on to the correct team in your company.

    Many thanks in advance.

Ask here. It can be re-directed by the forum mods if there's a more suitable forum.
