Lost a toolbar and don't know how to get it back

Hi,

I used to have a super helpful thin, vertical toolbar between the files/snippets panel (which I have on the left) and the main coding window (on right). It had, among other things, tools for adding various types of comments to your code which I used ALL the time. It's disappeared. How do I get it back?
