Menu List

I have 4 menu list called the first Departure containing the ( countries ) when I select from this menu list, shows the names of cities on this Departure/mL in second menu list , and I have third menu list called Arrival containing the ( countries ) when I select from this menu list shows the names of cities in a 4th menu.
Exp:
When I select from first menu list (England) >
I have gruop of cities in second menu/list > London
Man
Bristol
when I selcet from 3d menu/list (France)
I have gruop of cities in 4th menu/list > Paris
Lion
Marsile
