Menu Magic II - how to stretch menu with page?

Question

I have noticed that the dynamic menus are fixed in a certain x/y coordinate. I am trying to integrate a Menu Magic menu into a header that remains centered when the browser is stretched or narrowed. Is there a way to have the menu stretch, as in a table, and stretch with the rest of the page?
