Missing pallette

I have accidentally clicked the red close button on a design palette and cant find it anywhere to reopen it - any help?

That's fine, but you're going to have to try to be a bit more descriptive. In Dreamweaver 18, Adobe has crafted a custom UI. There are no red Xs if what you mean by X is default close icon in Windows user interface. Adobe controls look different. So, let's start with version of Dreamweaver you are using. Can you tell me that?

Now, I'll take a guess that you are referring to the property inspector. If that's the case you can access it by choosing:

Window > Properties

Is it possible that you're looking for the CSS Designer panel (in the Panel Groups on the right side of the Standard workspace)?
