Moving Navigation Images

I would like to create some navigation buttons similar to the 'events, shop & gift, valued dinners' on this site http://www.belfordssavannah.com/events. I am not quite sure what to call it in order to research how to create them. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks for your time and help!
