Nav Bar Menu Dreamweaver CC 2017

Hi,

I inserted a nav bar fixed to the top of my page.

I am highlighting the text in the navbar that i want to create a link for.

I am inserting the target page into the properties tab but nothing is happening.

I have tried this with an external link with the same result and also with a different menu.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
