NEED URGENT PHP HELP

Well I need a freelancer to create a database for www.singersweb.com ( a website for singers…) the database includes creating profile system a rating system and more. It would help if you know how to work with flash, xml, mysql, php… just whatever it takes to get the job done. Also I will do all the design work.
