No option for Dreamweaver CC 2016?

I want to downgrade from 2017 to 2016, but the only options are 2014, 2015, and 2017. Why isn't 2016 an option? That's the one that's required for my class and my prof. won't let us use anything else. Was CC2016 discontinued or something? Is there ANY way to get that version?

There was no CC 2016.
