Hello Adobe,

I have a few question concerting the files being loading are not showing in my web pages. I have already check with my Host (Cloud) and see if they recieved any uploads from my editing to the pages. They said no, the haven't seen a upload recently. I tried uploading only new and delete the old file from the web pages but that didn't work. Also check the Root Directary which is the same. I haven't changed any setting our edits to the local files, I don't know what happened.

Next time you go to upload click on Site --> Advanced --> FTP log and see if there are any errors. That will tell us where to start looking or to offer advice. Short of that, most we can say is to try your credentials in an external app like Filezilla and see if you are able to connect or if you are still running into issues.

As @Ben M  said, are your settings correct ?... How do you try to put files on the server, are you using DW client FTP, do you you get any error ?

Perhaps a screenshot of your web settings (site (remote server) and files panel)

Ensure you have the correct FTP log-in credentials entered in your Manage Sites panel.

Click the TEST button.  If you're unable to connect, click on  > More Options.  See Screenshots.

Expand your Files Panel and hit the Connect icon to display your Remote and Local Sites side-by-side. They should mirror each other with same files & folders.  If they don't, maybe you're uploading to the wrong server destination.

Hope that helps.
