I need to buy dreamweaver for a class I am taking, but I need an older version. Can I get access to the older version? Specifically Dreamweaver CC 2015. I have been trying to use 2017 trial, but there are too many differences. I don't want to pay for it only to find out that I am stuck with 2017.

Just a note, the previous versions are not available until you become a paid subscriber. Since you're a student, you probably qualify for a reduced rate: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud make sure to click the Students and Teachers tab.

Once you have a subscription, all 5 versions (CS6 Cloud, CC, CC2014, CC2015 and CC2017) can be installed at the same time on the same machine, they just won't run at the same time.
