onLoad in _before Save.htm error when saving

I am receiving an "While executing onLoad in_before Save.htm, a JavaScript error occurred" error when I save a file. This happens every save regardless if this is a remote or local copy of any file. After clicking OK to clear the message I am able to upload the files. Any help on what this error is and what to do to rectify this situation would be appreciated.
