Hi! When I open some pages in DW, there is a message which appears at the opening and which says : that I can only display the page and view its content but I cannot modify this content. Thanks for ur help dear community!
*The screenshot is in French for those who can understand... but I explained its meaning in my message.
1. Are the files compressed in a ZIP folder?
To access Zipped files, you must first de-compress them with a utilty like WinZip or StuffIt.
2. The files do not reside in your local site folder on your primary hard drive. They're stored on external servers, cloud drives or content delivery networks (CDNs). Download files to your hard drive to edit them.
3. The files are locked (READ ONLY). Change file permissions to READ & WRITE from your operating system's File Manager (Win File Explorer

This could be a matter of user permissions if you are on a Mac. Otherwise, it could be that the files were set to read only. To unlock them, try right clicking on the folder containing the files and choosing `Unlock`.
If that does not work, open the files manager in your O/S and make the editable by removing `read only`.

Are you opening these files from within the Files window...
...or using the dependent file bar, the list of files across the top, in a document...
If it's the latter, DW does show files that do not exist within your local site definition, like libraries from CDNs (jquery for example), that you can't update because they're not stored locally. When you try to open those files, you'll get a message about not being able to edit them.
Another possibility is the pages are simply locked by default, like the Bootstrap .css file...
...to keep users from breaking things. If that's the case, create a second .css file, and link it after Bootstrap's in your code, to use as an override to Bootstrap settings.
