If this was my project, I would toss this file in the rubbish bin and start over with a responsive layout.
XHTML and tables are not up to 2024 or 2025 web standards.
Read the chapters, do code exercises and take quizzes at the end.

Adobe CS5 apps are outdated and at some point may no longer continue to work on your computer as you update. With that said, any code errors can cause DW to not display things properly, but given that it is loading online, I would worry less about why it's not showing in DW. As others have said this page is starting to show it's age and you may be better moving to a responsive framework like Bootstrap ( https://getbootstrap.com/ ) or a CMS as you have a growing gallery of files where a self-hosted solution like Wordpress with a gallery plugin, or a managed hosting solution like Webflow or Wix may provide you with an optimized gallery solution to meet your needs and improve your ability to make edits more efficiently.

I know all the code is out of date. I’ve started this ages ago and I’m not really up to it right now in order to fix it. I’m 75 years old and just doing very very cheap for people with goats .
Every other page in this site shows up in Dreamweaver, but this one . There’s something in the code there that’s doing it. I was looking for some help, but I know the criticism and I agree with you but like I said, I’m not in a place where I can actually sit there and learn all the new stuff

Given that is the case the only option you have is to validate the page and correct errors ( https://validator.w3.org/ ). At minimum even if Design View doesn't work, which it has always been unreliable, you should still be able to edit in code view. Without validating your entire page, the biggest issue I see is the included library item (top.lbi) which inserts an HTML page inside of HTML. I think if you get rid of that, the page should load again in DW. But with that I am surprised that browsers are not thrown off with rendering inconsistencies.

I'm sorry, but you're not doing yourself or your customers any favors at any price. Use an online site builder that doesn't require you to have coding skills. Otherwise, hand this off to someone who has the skills & energy to do it right.
