Paste in multiple selected lines

Hi,

These's an option to select multiple lines of code in DW and type in all of them.

If i try to paste (CTRL+V) it only does on one line.

Is there a way to paste in ALL selected lines?

You can try "Replace All" feature to do that.

With DW CC 2017, multiple cursors have been introduced. You can try that

i'm sorry, but i gather that my message wasn't clear, which lead to you being confused.

the question was initially about "MULTIPLE CURSORS". if i select multiple lines -- can i paste (CTRL+V) on all lines where those cursors are? is there a method for that?

We have multi-cursor typing support in Dw for now but not for pasting some text on multiple lines.

This discussion is from 2017.

Copy & paste has never worked with multiple cursors.  I'm not even sure it's viable.  Feel free to submit feature requests directly to Uservoice from your DW Help menu where the product developers will see it.  If it's possible and enough other users agree, it might find its way into a future release.

HI, please note: it is more than year from Your answer and still this is not working (multiple pasting on multiple cursor position in DW CC2019) - in Brackts (for example) is this feature OK. Please remember us 😉
