Paypal Integration

I'm having difficulty integrating information forms with Paypal payment. I want to create a payment template that works the same as the one found here: http://www.admissionsessays.com/order.php.

What I like about this is that it integrates the information form and drop down menus with the actual Paypal site.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of an extension or plug-in for Dreamweaver (or any other solution) that would help me do what they're doing at this site?

WebAssist (my employer) has a freebie extension to help with PayPal:

as well as an shopping cart package that allows you to integrate with PayPal:

However, if I'm reading your question correctly, you're asking about the data from the form that is displayed on the PayPal site, is that correct? If so, then I think that you might need to set that up on the PayPal site to have it display certain information that is passed from your form.
