Persistent Error with Server Behavoir

I hope I'm in the right place. I have created a registration form in Dreamweaver 8 and have applied the server behavoir. I am getting a persistent javascript error. It's referring to the config file. I am new at t his and would apprecaite any guidance. Thank you.

"While executing anayzeServerBehavoir in InsertRecord htm, the following JavaScript Errors occured.

At line 993 of file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Macromadia Dreamweaver 8: Configuration Server; PHP MYSQL Insert Record.js: Type Error: formName Reference has no properties".

This type of error is usually caused by a corrupted Dreamweaver cache file.

Close Dreamweaver, go to C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration, and delete the file named WinFileCache-********.dat.

Restart Dreamweaver.

No, but there is MacFileCache-********.dat.

It's in Users:<username>:Library:Application
Support:Macromedia:Dreamweaver 8:Configuration.
