I would like to add a portfolio on my site to show my photography work. Whats the easiest way? I have the latest Dreamweaver.
I should have also mentioned that you can import your Lightroom Collections into your Portfolio. See link below for details.

If you're a Creative Cloud member, the easiest way is with Adobe Portfolio. It's free with your CC subscription. PF is hosted on Adobe's servers. No coding skills required. It's mobile friendly and ties in seamlessly with Behance -- another popular photography venue for showcasing your work online.

I'm not sure if I have a CC subscription. If you mean I pay yearly for my Dreamweaver and Lightroom. Then I guess I am. Where do I go to download Adobe Portfolio?

If you pay yearly for DW CC, you're a creative cloud member.
Look at both links I posted above. Portfolio does not download. It's an online web service.
When prompted, log-in with your Adobe ID and password.

And I will be able to place it into one of my website pages?

If you want an easy portfolio site up & running in under 30 minutes, this is it.
You can add a link to it. But it's hosted entirely on Adobe's servers.

If you have no coding ability what-so-ever, and you want to stay within the DW program, I'd suggest looking into one of Project 7's extensions for DW.
If you have some coding skill, there are a lot of "jQuery lightbox scripts" on Google that you can freely use and plug into your pages with minimal effort.
