PHP/Mysql calendar

Hi,

I have found some free calendar scripts on the net but was looking for some advice with it.

basically, each user which logins into the system will have a calendar, the should see their own but the admin will see all entries. is this something that can be done within dreamweaver drag and drop features and also is this best to create a mysql table for such a calendar?
