POST seems to fail when using CS5 Server Behaviours - User Authentication?

When I use "Server Behaviours" - "User Authentication" no data seems to be "POST"ed to the called form. If I replace POST with GET all works OK. I have removed "User Authentication" from the site I am building until I find an answer. Is there anyone else with this problem? Are there any suggestions?

HP laptop Intel core duo 2.66GHz  4GB

32bit Wndows 7 Home Prem.

Are you saying that the log in just doesn't work, or are there other parts of the form in the mix?
