"Reuse code with snippets" has outdated / obsolete directions

The directions for "How to distribute snippets across multiple devices" are outdated. 

 

#2 says: In the Sync Settings section, click Sync Settings Now.

 

"Sync Settings Now" is not one of the options in the panel. See:

Any chance you might know how I can export / backup my snippets? I use them constantly. The last time I upgraded computers it took me days to get them right on the new machine. I'd rather not go through that again.
