real time preview

Hope someone can help im trying to use real time preview in dreamweaver cc 2017 but its not working.

It scans the code on my samsung s7 but its coming up a blank page now if i hover over my phone details just bellow the code in dreamweaver stuff comes up on my phone but not the site so i know they are connected,

For the most part, I'm avoiding the Real-Time Preview feature because for me it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. 

Did you save & name the document to your local site folder?

Can you Real-Time preview in a desktop browser?

Did you clear the cache memory on your phone?

real time works on the desktop but not the phone

i cleared the cache memory on phone also still nothing,

one other thing im using wamp would that effect it

I don't have a solution for the phone issues, sorry. 

With my Wamp server, I use the old fashioned Preview in Browser.

Right click open document tab and select Open in Browser. Don't use F12.
