Root Directory and Web URL for Godaddy.com

I transfer my domain name to Godaddy.com and I'm having problems.

Need  Root directory and Web URL for setting from Dreamweaver.

If you know please share with me PLEASE

    Contact your web hosting provider and ask them.  S/FTP log-in credentials are unique to each customer and vary by hosting plan.   See screenshot.

      Hello,

       

        I believed you gave me the right info for my problems.

      I will contact them and ask for  S/FTP log-in.

      That was my question..... thank you n let you know when I solved the problem.

      I talked to Godaddy.com more than four times but they do give me the info but when used it on d

      Dreamweaver won't work. I was with ipower.com for almost 20 years and I was so upset with my billing system.

      I transfer to Godaddy.com and I'm stuck with it.

      I don't know what to do now.

      Let me rest and maybe contact Godaddy.com one more time.......Hahaha

      GoDaddy is not my favorite web host for many reasons.   That said, can you connect to your server with free FileZilla FTP client?  If not, then the problem is not Dreamweaver.
